Lately I've enjoyed playing ETS2 as a simulator of Europe and just driving around a real setting. Since my parents want me to focus on schoolwork (mostly), they won't buy me anything game-related, and so I have been endlessly playing the demo (I don't care, I'm just in it for the game-play, not the career...) and have modded it in several ways. I'm running all of JazzyCat's mods as well as the Europolice mod and ProMods. I'm not sure about TSM because I've heard its of lesser quality, but also has some interesting easter eggs. If someone else here also plays it they can let me know. Anyways, what I've included below are some of my best somewhat car-related screenshots in the game:
Here's an Iveco Stralis with a load of Skoda Octavias...
An Iveco Hi-Way next to a Kamaz (Russian trucks FTW!)at the Le Mont Saint Michel easter egg in ProMods...
Shortly afterwards, the Iveco had an idea...
...which involved driving on water...
The MAN found a rather fetching Saab...
...while the Volvos had a family reunion...
The DAF as it disappears into shadows...
Heavy Machinery: My Volvo FH16 hauling a FAUN FIKfz 8000 next to the Losta Cuminosa in Venice
Chasing a plane in a green Stralis Hi-Way...
My Scania caught up to this elderly gentleman...
...who I later saw in my new Volvo! (family reunion part deux)
My current truck: Swedish, brown and diesel, and stick shift too!
International Day: Germany, Sweden, Brazil, and Italy, all in the same parking lot...
Hello there, Mr. Camry driver...
Succeeded in pushing him off the road...heh, I'm evil >:D
Searching for 850s in my green Stralis Hi-Way...
...and caught one in my new Volvo! (family reunion part trois)
Saw a Alfercedes Brera C Class upon leaving the truck stop...
...so I helped them out a bit...
'scuse me, do you need some help with that?
A Saab legacy...
Swedish homecoming, part one...
...and Swedish homecoming, part two! (If you look carefully, you'll notice that I knocked over the speed limit sign on the right...oops... XD)
That's all for now, might provide some updates in a few months, fellow ETS2 truckers!

I've tried TSM long ago, and while it may have been improved, it was no-where near as good as ProMods. Actually, ProMods is one of the best mods I've ever tried, for any game.
I'm a game modder myself. I haven't made all that many ETS 2 mods, but here they are anyway if you're interested.

i legit can not drive the alps roads without rolling my truck

Awesome! Thanks, do you know if any of them conflict with JazzyCat?

Also, do they work with 1.12?

No conflicts with most mods. The Scania interior may or may not get overwritten if you're also using an add-on Scania truck. Otherwise, no issues with most mods, including those by Jazzycat.
Thanks for reminding me that I need to update my descriptions. They do work with 1.12.

Excellent, thanks!
I'll probably not run the Scania one anyways, since my computer is very run-of-the-mill and I can only run the game at 'medium'. I will probably get the other two though, because the huge virtual mirrors always bothered me and more real logos are always good :D

My pleasure!
Yeah, the Scania one is of little to no benefit on medium settings and/or lower than full resolutions.

Just installed a Longliner mod today. Since it only unlocks at level 8, which is really hard to get to in demo, I've been taking quick jobs with it. It's awesome! Do you know of any other such mods where the modded trucks can be driven in quick job?

I imagine there's some more, though I can't say which ones. I don't use truck mods all too often, and I haven't needed to use Quick Job for a long time. I just checked my Quick Job, and my currently installed truck is indeed available in Quick Job as well. It's Ohaha's Volvo FH 2013 . It's not radically different than the vanilla FH, just with lots of options for different "tuning" parts.

Great, I'll try that as well.
