See that red sign over there? It means no parking. See that EPTC on the truck? It's the logo of our "traffic police". Parked in a no-parking zone. The officer? He was in a bank, to the left of the building on the picture, paying some bills and shit. Now, I wouldn't mind this at all under normal circumnstances, but I've gotten ticketed for the most absurd, fraudulent shit in this last year I've been driving in Porto Alegre, so I hope you'll understand when I say I'm still fighting the urge to smash the truck's windows and the officer's face with a loose brick.
