I'm seeing alot more "Exotics" on the road lately... have lease rates gone down?
In Richmond, you can't go 15 minutes without seeing a Bentley, Maserati(poor mans Porche, but still), Vantage, or GT-R, etc...
Obviously they aren't BUYING them (They're likely to have an accident in 3-6 months).

Lease rates haven't gone down but an influx of foreign wealth has increased at an increasing rate.

I guess I'll spare the whole "I work hard, and can barely afford the PoS that I drive, while these punks have everything handed to them" speech.
With the amount of money that is being spent on the lease, insurance, and in some cases their licenses, you'd think that Mom and Pop would have set some aside for actual driving lessons.
