Kinja'd!!!

It's 11:35AM in Texas, time for breakfast tacos. My mom dropped off some fresh homemade flour tortillas. Going to make some potato and eggs.... using fries instead. Going to wash the wagon also a little later.

Kinja'd!!!

My dad took my W210 down to the border and I know it will be hella dirty as well when he comes to drop it off tomorrow. A6 is just bad inside. I hardly ever let it get that bad but there is just so much going on that I have been slackin.

Barbacoa is a Sunday morning thing. Gotta get up no later than 5:30am to wait in line at Geraldo's by 6. Mmmmmm! Can't wait.

I had chorizo/egg and some barbacoa this morning. The bad thing is that I nabbed the last of the barbacoa. AND I WANTED MORE THAN JUST ONE DAMNED TACO.

Living in Montana, lol, I was in SA in 2010, but it was for a funeral. And all I ate was Whataburger, Bill Miller's BBQ, and a fuck-tons worth of REAL breakfast tacos.

That's the food I love. You gotta learn how to make your own tortillas. Trust me. I've gotten pretty close to my grandmas.

gotta get there early buddy. One day we'll get up early, make some fresh everything, chow down, then go fishing. Texas OPPO Meet at the Beach. Photo shoot on the Sea Wall, San Jacinto, or heck, down in Corpus with the USS Lexington in the backround.

Big Red is da best, next to Dr Pepper. Barqs Red Creme Soda is the closest to Big Red here in Montana.

They have an approximation of it at Chipotle, if you can find one.

Homemade tortillas... yum. You're making me jealous!

What is your take on chorizo? I love the flavor, but damn if it isn't greasy and don't even think about reading the ingredients!

delish but very greasy. Although, you really don't need too much of it or added oil to make a quick breakfast. An 8 inch roll of it will last a while.

He is something my dad invented for a restaurant yeeears ago. Make a batch of fresh torilla chips. Start cooking up some chorizo and then add a pretty good amount of refried beans to it. You'll get a delish bean dip with a good hint of chorizo.
