Was doing some research on car safety ratings today, and I was wondering what the comparison between the IIHS and NHTSA ratings were. So I did a Google search for "IIHS vs NHTSA rating" first link at the top is this article on !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!!
!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!
Read through the article, seems pretty straightforward. Compares the two organizations and there processess, blah blah blah. I get down to the bottom of the article and then I see this:
What? This article was written by Doug DeMuro? The famed owner of a Ferrari and the car enthusiasts Dave Barry? But there's no jokes, no funny spin, it's just a straight up article on car safety. I was not expecting that.
I apologize if this is has been covered here before, but I had never run across this and thought it was worth sharing.

I would love to see the looks on the autotrader editor's faces if you had written that article in your jalopnik sarcastic style.
