I'd be impressed if there was demand for 2000 La's but if there was I'd build them.
That would be 2B to their bottom line.
I think demand is about 700-800.
If I were CEO of Ferrari I'd Build La to demand.
Can FF's.
Fix the Calif's ugly butt.
Make an F12 Spyder and do a face lift to make it curvier.
Keep the coupe.
Make the TT458 replacement look like SCG 003 (LMP as GT) and race the piss out of it Factory and Customer Cars in GT.
Make and Race an LMP1
Make LMP2's that Customers could race and Factory race them at Daytona and Sebring.
Do my best with F1 but spend a lot less. insist the technology has relevance to road cars, and find drivers with more personality.
Welcome fans into Ferrari's world even if they only aspire and can't afford one yet. No more 2K rubber chicken Hospo tents.
No more 3K cupholders.
Make parts as MB does for EVERY Ferrari ever made.
Open factory tours to non owners.
Make radio/nav systems/MUCH more user friendly.
Get rid of 50 badges and Horses per car.
Bring PF into the Ferrari Tent.
I could go on but in the mean time remain the Humble CEO of a much smaller car company that so far has one sale, one sale pending and a number kicking the tires with a dream to finish 1 OA at the 24 Hours of Nurburgring in 2015 and sell enough car to homolagate to be able to race Le Mans, Daytona and Sebring as well.
What would you do if you ran Ferrari Oppo??

First thing I'd do would be giving Dedmaus a Nayan Cat wrapped FF. Then I'd go get some really good espresso.

On the top of my head:
- Bring back manual gearboxes
- Make the company harder to hate (read: drop all the bs)
- F12 Superamerica
- Replace hybrids with biofuel compatibleness

I'd make a modern Dino with a V6 for a more accessible Ferrari. It wouldn't necessarily compete with the 911, but it would target that audience. I'd also take that v6 and drop it in the Lacia Stratos concept and build the damn thing! Two legends reborn! ...for CAFE regulations

Can FF's.
but... but... shooting brake!
Oh, I would wagon/shooting brake everything. EVERYTHING!
Mainly to piss everyone off, which I realize is contrary to my favorite campaign/hashtag #MakeWagonsNotWar.

No F1 team, focus on Le Mans until Ford returns. Maybe enter an FF in WRC.
Street cars are only Breadvans and FFs and super car is P4/5

First order of business would be to terminate everyone at Ferrari NA and blacklist their arrogance. Then I would restart the availability of manuals, and make a factory retrofit kit for the cars without it. I would also make a more entry level car.

I'd opt to run all of Fiat-Chrysler instead of just Ferrari and do the following.
-The italian brands would be tiered. If you can't afford a Ferrari, you can get a Maser. If you can't afford a Maser, you can get an Alfa, with Alfa filling every slot between the $20k and $40k brackets. Alfa and Maser will resemble Ferrari more, but still lack the exclusivity and top-tier performance that makes Ferrari a valuable commodity. Alfa will get a BRZ style sports car in the $20k-$30k bracket with a high revving I4, Maser gets it's own platforms (expensive, but just retooling Chrysler's stuff lacks cred against other $60-70k options on the market), and Ferrari gets gated shifters again because what the fuck are they doing without those?
-No more insecure corporate BS. No more C&Ds to loyal customers, no more prepped cherry cars meant to look as good as possible for mag reviews, no more kicking people out of the tent because we're ferrari and we can, no more telling people they can't buy our shit anymore, and definitely no more 'we're doing you a favor' style tactics by our sales people. Can't respect and dignify our customers = can't work for us anymore. Bye.
-The new Stratos is put back on the table. If it ends up beating Ferrari at it's own game, we have failed. The solution is not to supress the Stratos, but to make better Ferraris.
-Drum up the aspirational aspect of Ferrari ownership. Inspire people to want to become Ferrari owners.
-The FF might go away, but only if a genuine 4 door from Ferrari replaces it.
-No changes at all to dodge, but at least one batshit Ferrari powered V12 Challenger concept happens, because I can and for no other reason.
