Oppo gimme your opinions on each one and maybe offer up some suggestions of your own.
Cause maybe I can get $30k for the Torino if I'm VERY lucky.

Get a DB7 coupe, not a convertible. The coupe is much nicer.

I say NSX, it's the oldest out of them but it's also least likely to make you go broke from breaking down and maintenance.

Aston's are gorgeous, that's tempting.
But a really clean NSX will be less likely to leave you stranded on the side of the road and IMO has just as much curb presence. Not much looks lower/wider than an NSX, I always get a little whiplash when one passes, which is increasingly rare.

I'd probably get lower KMs if your willing to pay 30K though, you can probably cut up to like 15,000 - 25,000 off the odometer out if you find a NSX in the 28ish-30ish price range

The reason there's no cheap coupes is because they're THAT much cooler.
May I recommend Alfa Romeo?

I am going to speculate and say the NSX is not only the cheapest but likely the best return on investment. Once you pay it off it will probably go up in value assuming of course you won't drive it into the ground

The thing is I can't the Gran Torino just isnt worth 30k quite yet. I have some other money saved up thats why the astons are here and the jag.

Well it will be an on again off again DD. and the NSX will be more or less paid in cash if I can get Cash for the Torino.

Ah makes sence. I still say the NSX. As sexy as the Aston is, it looks very dated compared to the NSX and Jag. The Jag is more recent, and Honda hasn't offically sold a replacement NSX yet, so it makes the outgoing NSX not look old, compared to the late 90s/early 2000s Astons which look old beside their new Astons.
I also feel like all of those have the same appeal, which is a bonus, The NSX may be japanese but will probably turn as many heads as the Jag or Astons

Bear in mind that cost of ownership (gas, insurance, loan payments, maintenance, etc.) is often a more useful metric for determining affordability with cars like these than simply looking at the purchase price.
If you want the car with the probability the lowest cost of ownership, go with the NSX - but keep in mind that even those are expensive if they haven't been cared for properly. Body work on the aluminum is also extremely expensive. Also, drive that NSX first - the automatic transmission may make a difference in driving experience. If you want the most practical on a daily basis, go for the Jag. It has a reasonably useful trunk, and will have the nicest interior. Complex systems can be expensive, though. The two Astons are lovely and all, but at that age, they will be expensive, and they will seem clunky in ways given that their once luxurious systems are now decidedly antiquated.
They would all be nice to have, but make sure you can definitely afford the potential hidden costs with them first. Do the research, estimate a cost of ownership for each of them, and go from there. And, as always, have any car you buy inspected to the microscopic level by an expert before you write that check.

Well its all talk and no moving right now cause how much they are. like we would have to sell our House project and then the Torino and then MAYBE we would have enough. Because we have a few other things we need to pay for atm. but if we sell the torino he said it would be replaced.

Thats how much the Exhaust for my Mustang GT will be if I get the whole ting at once. Also if I sell the Torino I'm only gonna be looking at like 20-25k maybe. and for that I need the rest to go towards another car.

If I had the sensibility, I'd go for the NSX.
But I'm not sensible, so I'd have a DB7. But are you sure that coupes are out of your price range, even the six cylinder ones?
