This doesn't explain anything. How did he get so wealthy? An Angel investor is just someone who's rich and helps smaller companies with investment. Hence the term.
Saying he was a rug dealer and then he became an angel investor is the most pointless thing I've ever read. Literally anyone with enough money can be an Angel Investor; but that doesn't tell us what he does.
