than my casio gz'one? nah. I have run mine over 4 times and dropped it in a running motor about 10. Screen didnt even crack. the nexus was pretty well built too

How "nice" it feels is subjective. I'll take the matte molded polycarbonate shell of my Lumia over the iPhone's (or HTC's) metal any day. Also, metal dents and poly bounces

Yeah, I don't fully understand that move. I don't have small hands, but the 5s is an extremely comfortable size to me and fits well in my I-wish-I-was-in-an-indie-band jean pockets. I don't really want something much bigger than that.

I guess its a good thing mine is still pretty new...

The Nexus 5 is all metal and I think still has better specs. Also it was only like $350 carrier unlocked

No my plan was about to run out so I upgraded with a plan through AT&T. I just payed $100 bucks plus tax for a 5c. The bill went up of course for 4g, but not much. Thing is that was not a special that was Apple's price you should be able to get the same deal at any major carrier. My last phone was the iPhone 3GS, I got that when they were phasing it out for $60 through AT&T. I like a deal.

If you think the iPhone is the nicest phone to hold then you haven't held an HTC One, an HTC One M8, a Nokia Lumia 1020, 925, or one of the new Xperia devices.

The iPhone is one of the most uncomfortable phones I've held in ages. The edges are too sharp (thankfully fixed with the 6 and 6+), and it's honestly too thin.

I'll never understand the battles between the two formats.

It's a phone. Buy what you like. I like my iPhone. Is an android phone better? Probably. I had one before the iPhone, it was fine. I might stay with Apple next time, I might not. Don't know.

For most people, even myself included (I like tech, I'm an engineer, blah blah) it's just an internet device that does some phone stuff. I don't care about 90% of the features listed in that twitter post. NFC payments might be nice, but considering I've never seen someone actually do an NFC payment with an android phone I'm not sure what to think about it. I be that most android users don't even know their phones have those features!

Apple's appeal has always been that it just works. The iPhone may be simple compared to some android phones but that's the point: it's simple, intuitive, and easy to use. Not that Android phones aren't easy to use too, but they have more stuff that can be confusing to some people.

Bottom line is making fun of someone for having an iPhone by calling them a 'sheep' or arguing that their phone is inferior is pointless and really only makes the person saying it look like a dick.

Exactly. We by nature have this complex where our opinions have to be right. Annoyingly with the phones it ends up being android users acting superior to iPhone users for no reason. I rarely see it the other way around.
