One great thing about events like last weekend's !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! is the fact you find lots of suppliers of specific parts you've simply forgotten about but you've always needed.

!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!

Like these French-style yellow lenses for my 3.2. Brand new Bosch.

Kinja'd!!!

Still don't know why I like pre-90 cars with yellow lenses so much. Probably just compensation for the lacking of a French car in my little fleet. A 3.2 with yellow lenses should look something like this:

Kinja'd!!!

I'd better get some new seals before I mount 'm. But better get my priorities straight as my 2002-projekt is getting behind schedule!

that looks amazing. I was expecting yellow foggies but wow.

Also everyone here with foggies needs to yellow lens them asap. Take in point the Black Sonic RS on here (can't remember whose)

And also ehhem mine..

Yellow lenses are illegal where I live, otherwise I would have yellow fogs.

The problem with the sonic is that it's still a sonic. Also that sonic isn't blue. Major missed opportunity. The yellow fogs do work well on black cars though.

modding the parents' vehicles is great. My father and I took a hunting trip to new York in my mom's G Cherokee. Needless to say once we got 3/4 of the way there and I convived him to drop in a K&N filter (fun intake noises were had).

I'm trying to convince him to let me mount a ram and brush guards since he's already hit one deer and monster trucked someone else's car who made an illegal turn / pulled out in front of him.

I love yellow. Painted my high beam/DRL housing yellow with yellow bulbs.

Kinja'd!!!

Of course, my stock fogs are yellow, but if they weren't, I'd get them yellow as well.

I did, it wasn't a complete nightmare but it was way more work than intended. Bonus terminator pic (testing/no lense phase) :

and I'm jealous of your tail lights.

In France everything was required to be yellow by law from 39 up to the 90s. Something to do with better view in the fog and dazzle upcoming traffic a little less. And there's some urban myth about the yellow lights being recognizable as not-German in war-time. It leads to light-loss however so the French had to change it by EU-laws.

Stock fogs are yellow by law in the US? My old F150 didn't have yellow fogs?

blue sonic just seems like it's too expecting to be an homage to the Sega mascot. "Hey look it's a blue sonic.. sonic the hedgehog! So clever" no... It's not clever.

not that I know of. As long as you don't have green, blue or red in the front, it can be any color.

Yellow FTW!

My 914 had yellow Cibie fog lights. I took them off because I didn't want any hassles going through inspection. Hmm maybe its time to put them back on.

What's wrong with yellow fog lights during inspection? What 914 do you have and WHY HAVEN'T I SEEN ANY PICTURES OF IT on Oppo?

I unknowingly showed Asphalt my car http://oppositelock.jalopnik.com/caffeine-and-c… . I didn't keep them on from the original owners as I was unsure about the rule. After reading more I think it's just really colored lights.

I was going to do my 1/64 Carrera 3.2 in white, but after the pic above, I think the combo of black/yellow lenses is too good to pass up. Or maybe cream..... I can even do bronze bumpers!

Kinja'd!!!

Here's what I have so far. The front arches need a lot of work, the rears are almost done, just need that downward taper.

Haha, I can understand this a bit. But... The lines of a 911 are way clearer with a bright colour. And you promised me a white one ;-)

Are you gonna lose the wing as well?

Yeah the wing is coming off.

And if this one works out, I'm definitely doing a second one for you that will be white!
