Went to the European Motorcycle Show at the Larz Anderson Museum and saw this:

Kinja'd!!!

Laverda 750S. Totally dig the looks, the round headlight/vintage cafe fairing look, and the long distance sport/tourer aspect. Do want. Too bad they are super uncommon in the US.

Have a bunch more pictures I'll share tomorrow. Some really neat stuff there!

I haven't made it to a Larz Lawn Event yet this year, I suppose my time is running out

The Laverdas of the 90s look so good. It handles like a dream, had a 668 for a while. Only issue is that that (668) parallel-twin is a bit of awkward in low-rev territory: it shakes and jounces like hell. But I think that engine was a reworked 650 from the 60's (!). Damn I miss that bike!

Hey nice pic of my bike. I've owned it for 10 years and only take it out for a few country rides a year. It's a dream to ride. Have 6 other bikes so wife says this one has to go. Here is some technical info. http://www.breganzane.com/history/zane.p…
