From the local Goodwill Outlet center:
1965 Imperial. Missing the left front wheel, but otherwise in fairly decent condition. At $0.79/lb, it was somewhat hard to pass up.

I suspect it is a promo. Maybe made by Jo-Han. An Imperial promo is pretty rare, I think. Nice find. I can't believe it escaped the vultures.
