Old place is Rolls-Royce Nuclear Services, helping keep power reactors in the US and certain international sites up to date and legal on equipment. New place is the US Army Corps of Engineers Pittsburgh District, maintaining the region's waterways.

Moving from post-8(a) insulation/demo contractor up to a $100M general contractor, lateral move from a Project Manager to a Field Engineer. The money is about the same for now but the opportunity and benefits can't be beat. Good luck with the USACE - get familiar with the EM-385!
