My 1984 Raleigh Team USA Replica
Before buying her, only $250 with new a new seat, brakes, tires, tranny, the lot
Adjusted seat and put new bar tape on her
(Subaru in background)
Now if you have never ridden a bike with continual shifters, you pull the left lever up to shift up (push down to shift down), and you pull the right ever up to shift down (push down to shift up). Shifting with them is buttery smooth especially with newly fitted ones. The fun part is predicting the correct gear to be in before a hill/curve. It takes a bit of practice, but is really fun once you get used to it.
