I enlarged the image and it says "GTR1" which means its the heavily modified GT that Galpin did. They're a huge dealership out of California so not really a tuner but have been known to modify cars. Also, the turbo kit looks very similar to Heffners but I'm not sure.

I absolutely hate this car and wish they hadn't ruined a perfectly good GT.
