The state of Michigan has been told by a court that it cannot stop someone from putting WAR SUX on a vanity plate, nor INF1DL - although they claim the denial there was an oversight. As if those ever happen at the Secretary of State. So, think of the fun we can have now! Time to order plates!

This is good news. Indiana currently has a personalized plate ban (new registrations, anyways) because of a similar issue (long story short: a cop wanted "OINK" on a Fraternal Order of Police plate and got deee-nied). Yep, government workers have no humor bone.
