Took it to my mechanic yesterday. He checked it all over cleaned up the wheel and replaced the valve stem. Still lost 20lbs over 24 hours.

Took it back to him today he turned the tire inside out looking for holes remounted the tire and sacrificed a chicken. We'll see if it works now.

Have you tried putting the inflated tire in a bath of soapy water?

I haven't done anything but bring it to my mechanic. With my back I'm limited to lifting 25lbs so picking up wheels and torquing them back on are bad ideas.

That sucks. I have crappy aftermarket wheels on the wife's Jeep and one of them leaks a ton every day. We have been over it a ton of times and can not get it fixed. Worst part is all I want is stock wheels and every time I try to trade the other guy backs out at the last minute.

I don't think it is the wheel unless it was damaged putting these tires on. There has been 3 different tires on it and this is the only one that leaked.

I hope so too. We've replaced tires and swapped which axle it's on and it follows the wheel.

Great to hear about your weight loss program. (20 lbs in 24 hours.) I will have to tell my sister about this. :)

I lost 30lbs in 3 weeks by simply breaking my back.

Time to nuke it from space.

That's doing it the hard way. I know the feeling. I lost 30lbs after my motorcycle accident in December. Feels good but had to buy all new clothes.

Yeah, soon as I get some spare cash I'm heading to the junk yard.
