For the second month in a row, Lexus is the best selling luxury brand in the USA, topping second place BMW by 5.595 units.

Currently, BMW leads with 211.005 sales over the first eight months of the year, with Mercedes close behind at 205.894.

With 198.831 sales in 2014, Lexus would have to make up at least 12.174 units on BMW — a tough challenge under any circumstances. Still, replicate August's success in September & October, and that year-end race is going to be pretty interesting to watch.

its amazing they're only 5000 units, give or take, ahead, they have a stupid lease deal on the is250's i think its a 27 month or something like that for 330 a month, tax and first months payment down.... they're giving away the farm on those things!

Selling Japanese Luxury cars that aren't all derivatives of the Accord? I'm getting real sick of their shit over there.
