Yeah, I think they left the factory already messed up. Then they got more messed up in the dealers, and then even more messed up every single day.

One time, I was at a pharmacy that is next door to Valvoline. When I left the pharmacy, the owner of a Freelander and the Valovline shop's manager were arguing over why the shop was unable to change the Freelander's oil. The manager said he'd never even heard of it, and he definitely didn't keep the filter in stock for it.
At the time, that Freelander was running. Surprisingly enough.
