Best song ever for blasting up and down mountain roads. Scientifically proven to make any car 22.8% faster.

I don't have a Miata, but if I did, this would be the theme song. Obviously I know the stereotype is undeserved, but I thought the song was funny.

Because why not? I feel like video game music suits my car. Might just be me. Its a fun car and it doesn't take itself too seriously, kind of like some video games.
Also this one. Awesome video game if you aren't afraid of anime babes.

So, my now deceased first car, whom I called Gloria, was a '92 Honda Accord.
I was the 5th or 6th owner? Anyway, the girl I bought it from had plastered the beast with Accord decals and put in an immense and completely unnecessary sound system.
Upon reminiscing, boyfriend recommends the following as her theme song.
May she rest in peace.

If you've not driven into control in a 60's VW with no brakes it might not resonate as well.

Bulls on Parade:
Or any similar-sounding Rage Against the Machine song. Why? Because when I think '90s, this is what I hear and my C4 Corvette is firmly a '90s car.

Journey's "Separate Ways" is another good '80s cruising song, even if it isn't exactly happy.
It's all about that beat and synthesizer.

Agreed. Almost all of Journey's stuff is good for cruising. I'm also a huge fan of Van Halen's 5150 album while cruising. It is probably the cassette I play most in the car.

That's an excellent tape as well. When I'm feeling all deep, I'll rustle up Respect the Wind on my phone and then play it back through the radio through one of those FM doodads. I wish I knew of more music that had that same sound; I have no idea what to classify it as.
Eurythmics is also pretty great if you want that '80s vibe.

Oh man, I forgot about Respect the Wind. Great song right there. Yeah, I just kind of put on anything from the late 70's to late 80's. Not sure what to categorize it as either.
Haven't listed to much of Eurythmics stuff. It's good, I assume. Can't go wrong with anything from the early 80's.

Friend or Foe by Adam Ant basically sums it up for an '82 Corvette CE. "When you're a pirouetting, highkicking, thigh slapping cruiser/ When you're a hip grinding, spellbinding, clean cut seducer/ You have to be careful so people take note/ I take it serious, but I still like a joke"

On that note, to me the C3's theme song is "Ridin' the Storm Out" by REO Speedwagon. Blame Gran Turismo and my very limited music library. :P

That one's also pretty good, though it's one of those songs I find impossible to not do 80+ with, so I don't use it too much.
