That doesn't necessarily mean they're all clean. Florida sun turns paint into dust pretty quickly if you don't wax often. I've seen cars less than 5 years old with the paint peeling. But if you are referring to clean as in rust free, than as long as it isn't a northern transplant's car, it probably is, sans a little salty air surface rust.

It's actually a New York car (and the only time I've ever seen it that clean), so don't feel too bad! A few years ago my dad decided he was tired of speeding tickets wanted to be super generous and gave me his Yamaha and gave my sister his Mustang.

Not until I trade my GT for an equally green Boss 302.
That said, the 2015 GT Performance Pack will still outperform the old Boss despite having 9 less horsepower.

Picked it up for $2300 last October, mostly stock besides a 3" RC lift. It's my DD/mud truck, so besides the basic stuff to keep it on the road with 245k miles (new power steering pump, belt, alternator and rewired the trailer hookup in July), I've since added mud tires, chopped the fenders, removed most of the silly plastic, and got quick disco sway bar links. We also swapped two of the power windows to crank windows since they'd stopped working.

Honestly... not a fan. Rough Country has a bad rep for being cheap, and didn't help that the previous owner clearly went for the cheapest package, probably funded by the sale of the catalytic converter. It still had stock sway bar links when I got it, arghhhh. At only 3" of lift, it shouldn't feel as awful as it does on the highway. Whatever you do, this is one of those occasions where you get what you pay for.
