A few years ago, my close friend got hit by a car. I watched the accident happen in front of my eyes. Her injuries were severe. But the driver got off far easier than he should've. And now, I see him driving around again. Same car, same plate.

It's a horrible feeling. My friend suffered terribly from the incident - she sustained injuries to the majority of her body, especially the spine. This wrecked havoc on her mobility, rendering her temporarily paralysed. The accident happened just before her exams, so in the time she was incapacitated, she missed the chance to obtain her qualifications. It was months before she could attempt walking without pain or crutches.

The driver was the one at fault - he wasn't paying attention and ran a red light. Despite the severe injuries caused to my friend, he was only fined HK$3,000 and was back on the road within a few months. I found his and his passengers' attitudes during the accident utterly deplorable - they never once attempted to call the emergency services, nor did they attempt to offer assistance to my friend who was lying five metres from where she had been hit, bleeding and crying for her mother. Instead, they turned a blind eye to the whole situation and walked away from their car. They even turned a blind eye in the courtroom, purposely ignoring her parents who were in the same room at the same time. Talk about awkward silences.

Now, I see him driving around, ferrying the same people as he did before. Not even a word or peep of apology for the incident. It's making my blood boil.

Figure out where he lives.

From random post offices and mailboxes throughout the city, start sending him "blood"-covered articles of women's clothing at his home and work at random intervals. With each one include a single printed note: "I know what you did."

Do this for years.

Use some homemade Finnish weapons named for a Soviet diplomat. You'll thank me later.

Reading your story makes me want something terrible to happen to them. How I wish that family loses all their fortune and then get hit by a tram or something. How I wish the universe would do some justice to your friend. I'm not particularly religious but what comes around eventually goes around.

HK$3,000! So that's around $300? The guy he was chauffeuring probably had a good dinner with the same amount. That's quite low penalty.

In Finland you could get higher "sentence" if you don't help the victim. The presence of a medically trained person of course might let you of the hook.

I have witnessed couple of accidents where people have needed medical attention and surprisingly always some nurse or doctor has been around. In the last year I was on the site of a fatal motorcycle accident. The driver of the car that the motorcycle collided with was totally useless after the accident. It wasn't his fault but he was in a shock after the accident.

He still has a driving job because his clients weren't hurt, physically or politically, so what do they care?

Find an American truck, accidentally run a red light into him in his car. Turn the tables.
