First off, have some art. Yeah, I'm that irritated. I wrote most of this sitting in front of the Picasso downtown Chicago.
So the short version is that I spent my night getting chewed out by 2 girls for being a chump.
The longer version is that I more or less got stood up on a date after taking a train ride into the city. Now, I'm big enough to admit when I've made a mistake. This certainly qualifies. But in the process of trying to salvage my night, I came across 2 ladies that were initially just willing to chat then turned into full blown armchair psychologists.
The summary of their advice is that I need to be more confident. Yeah, I approach 2 girls completely cold and they say I need to be more confident. Winning advice right there. To top it off, later this advice was specifically directed toward my dating profile. HOW THE FUCK ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO BE MORE CONFIDENT ON A FUCKING DATING PROFILE?!
This addition of insult to injury is perhaps more infuriating because there is the implication that there is something specific that I'm doing wrong but no one can tell me what. If at this point someone is thinking "Racescort666, it's not rocket science ... Blah blah blah..." I will come through the Internet an punch you in the fucking throat. Of course it's not rocket science. Rocket science has methodical steps that are logical and consistent in their outcome. In other words, ROCKET SCIENCE IS FUCKING EASY!!!
I'm not looking for dating advice, I've had enough pity for tonight. My rage filled rant has been mostly just that, rage. And most of it stems from the fact that all of the advice I've gotten tonight has been patronizing and condescending.

My dating life was something resembling roadkill that sits on the fog line afterwards for several days in the middle of summer. I'm actually glad all that is over.

Dating websites have stripped away my hopes of not being single and also killed any motivation I have to change that.
Seriously, so many flat conversations with zombies of women interwoven with endless inexplicable disappearances of girls I chat with for a while who express interest in dating but apparently change their minds without saying anything.
Tinder, ugh, fuck that shit. I don't mess with it much but I get like one or two matches a month and usually then it's either a scam or some girl that's just browsing it to pass the time and not actually interested in dating.
Sigh...I feel ya, and I wish I knew how to make you feel better because then I could make myself feel better

1 suggestion. Get a good looking, well behaved dog to walk around. The best would be to get a Goldendoodle puppy and train it properly yourself. Women absolutely melt over my dog, and I am approached by random beautiful women whenever I take him out,

Walk dogs for a shelter if you cant have one. They are the greatest ice breaker ever. If a woman hears of you doing it as a volunteer to help shelter animals...... Well the rest is up to you.
