You know, I downloaded a metronome app for my phone about a month ago. One of the really handy features it came with was 'speed training', where you can incrememtally increase the tempo every few measures. It has really helped increase my guitar strumming speed and endurance

Folks, that practice is going to come in very HANDY right now.
