Well, if you need a batch of taxis to last ~40 years, there are many worse choices than old RWD Volvos.
Incidentally, why do I get the feeling that North Korea is kind of what it would be like if Dr. Venture ran his own country? The whole place is basically frozen in time in the 1970s/80s and Kim Jong-un is left living among the aging relics left behind by his illustrious grandfather that neither he nor his father were ever able to live up to.
