I thought about doing this to the 4.5, stroked to..i think...a 4.8. You've got more gumption that I did.

It was more than likely headed to the scrapyard.
Most vehicles around here with blown engines or transmissions go straight to the crusher.
I debated striping it and possibly tripling my money but it's in such good shape. I figured she should live another day.
