Probably the only early 2000's hardcore band I ever liked. I was reminded of them because of the Adult Swim single for this week of that shoegaze hardcore vocal band. . . It was also $3 40's of Sierra Nevada night at a local bar. . . And the first day of school. . . I shouldn't be drunk but I am. . .

But give this a listen to, it is a short album but it is worth a listen I think.

Drunk work out doesn't sound like a good recipe. . . But then again I scraped my pedal on my bike on the way home riding as fast as I could going full lean. . . I didn't eat shit and it was pretty rad. if I would have eaten shit it would have hurt because I was going at least 20 miles per hour. . .

If you work out a lot you'll find that lifting semi-light isn't hard drunk, it just has a nice pump. It feel like the same sense as having a nice dark cigar while drinking.

There are places in town where I can find 12ers of Torpedo for $11. . . It is damn nice having Sierra Nevada down the street from me, not to mention that they make that side of town smell delicious.

I don't know man, I'm fat and really the only shit I do is ride my bike around as fast as I can. . . I don't lift any more, I guess it is lack of motivation and not knowing what I am doing in the gym which sucks cause my university has a bad ass gym to use and all I do is don a speedo and go swimming, I like to call it having a speedo party at whore island. . .

Honestly hitting the weights and just paying attention to your calories will make suck a difference in your daily life. Try to find a friend to go with and start off with a semi light work out (like a 3 day rotation, back and biceps, chest and triceps, and leg and shoulder is probably the most common) the fist week will be hell but after that it will feel natural. At this point I feel bad if I miss a day at the gym. You will notice a huge shift in how you look as well, if you are a heavier dude you will build muscle really quick, honestly it's like you were on a bulk for years and all that fat is just waiting to be turned into muscle. If you decide to hit the gym let me know first and I'll help you get a starting work out plan together. Also in this day and age bodybuilding.com is your friend, even if you want more Michael Phelps than Arnold.

Really all I need to do is ask my roommate what to do as he is one of the bodybuilding types of dudes. I'll figure it out eventually. I have the good Norwegian blood in my veins so I can build muscles if I really try, I just like drinking more than I like the gym. . . Although I think I'll get myself back in the gym, I'm too out of shape for anything that doesn't involve riding a bike around town. . .

If I was in your position I'd totally ask your room mate if you could tag along for a week, most people who are into body building are, contrary to popular belief, not massive douche bags and willing to help someone else start off. Just go watch him and have him correct your form, within a week and a half you'll be fine going solo. Also, I am a huge "drinking enthusiast" you won't get that Michael Phelps body while drinking but the 70's Arnold encourages drinking of beer.

A second also hit up GNC in the first week should you decide to go, I recommend picking up gold standard whey protein and creatine. In this day and age it's almost irresponsible to not utilize science while body building.

Sorry if this is long winded but now you know what it's like for a person who isn't a car enthusiast to talk to me except this is about body building.

If I do end up working out again I don't think I'd end up using creatine, I need to trim fat and I'm already a big guy and I don't really need to get any bigger. But we'll see how motivation goes tonight. . .
