I went with TheLoudMusic and Itchys2. It was a lot of fun, Great Little Oppo Meet. The show was at Bandimere Speedway. This was my first time going to Bandimere, and I had a blast. I came home smelling like gasoline and tire smoke, now there's a cologne I'd buy. Anyway, here's a flickr album with the photos from that day:

There were so many cars, I didn't even scratch the surface with these 40 photos. We need to do this again next year, LoudMusic and Itchys, I hope you guys had as much fun as I did.

Yep, you get to see vintage sports cars actually being driven! Pre-1960 sports cars and other "racing cars of distinction". The Concours is on Sept 13, coinciding with Oktoberfest in Vail.

Oh my god, I didnt even know that was a thing and I want to go so bad. Too bad I cant go without a ride, I dont have my license yet (this is starting to get annoying) and My parents hate driving long distances. I'd go with you If I could get a ride, it sucks that I have to ask though

never been to Bandimere? you really should hit it up for a race. I don't find drag racing particularly interesting itself, but being there is a whole 'nother experience. The noise etc etc.

my kids do a reading challenge, Race to Read, that gets them free tickets each year so I go at least once a year. Its a hell of a spectacle!

Well, the lead Image I used as a lead image for a bunch of my posts sunday night because I was tired and lazy and didnt want to find a pic on google. Then I edited it a tiny tiny bit and edited the rest of the photos. Then I posted them today then I reposted them just now. So maybe, but can you really have too much oppo?

I've gone before, been going to local meets or Coffee and cars insteaad this year...the chances of seeing one of the Denver Ferrari F40's at Coffee and cars is worth seeing the same cars at Coffee and cars over and over again to me. lol

speaking of cologne. I've always wanted to make a car airfresher in that sweet sweet smell of roo16/q16, nitro, methanol whatever it is that has that sweet smell that makes you wanna eat the air. But not the eyes and nose burn from methanol. I'd buy that shit over vanilla any day
