He said my Jalopnik decal was on the way on 8/1 and I still haven't received it. I've sent him two emails trying to see what's up in the last week or so, and have gotten no response? Anyone else having problems getting decals?

Not recently but last year i paid for Jalopnik stickers in Toyota racing colors and he fell of the face of the earth for months.
Eventually he emailed me and apologized, sending me two standard Jalopnik stickers for my time and money.
Personal things happen, he might have gone on vacation, many possible things could have occurred. I'm sure others are in the same boat and will chime in.
