Maybe some of us don't have scroll wheels, ever think of that? Of course not, you're so busy talking about your one-sided opinion that you can't be bothered to think about the single mother who spent her last paycheck supporting her adult son's drug addiction so that he won't sell her car, because then she can't attend her AA meetings. It's only a block away, but she can't walk far because of the back-breaking burden placed upon her by the all the Twinkies she has to down to drown out her sorrows. She can't afford a fancy mouse with a scrolling wheel. All she has is her Compaq tower and Windows 3.1. She's grateful to have it too, unlike little pricks like you! You must be compensating for something.

Ooh, a Compaq tower. We must think We are very special. Why, even the Compaq 386 all-in-one is a bit rich. Some of us have to make do with an XT and two 5-and-a-quarters, or a 286 and 80-meg if you're *fancy*.
Note: while this post is in satire, the 386 all-in-one and 286 were actual computers I've played with. Like the monochrome Apple II.

I don't think anyone took offense to it. I think some people thought it was unnecessary and disgusting. That doesn't equate to offensive.
I'm actually avoiding the front page until that article is gone. I find it pointless and disgusting. I doubt they'll miss my page views for a few hours until it has shifted to the second page. Oh well.

As I pointed out before, this strategy doesn't work for the whole vomit thing when it's plastered on the front page where you have to scroll past it to get anywhere.
Or the disney dicks thing yesterday which got stuck on the sidebar which moves with the scrolling page.
Here's a a bit of advice: instead of being a dick about the people who are pointing out issues/complaints regarding the FP, why don't you take your own advice and scroll past their posts?

Where are the trigger warnings? And why do you want to discriminate against those without a scroll wheel or even a mouse? This is outrageously insensitive.
