I put it up on a few sites and I've gotten exactly 0 serious responses. It's been almost 3 weeks. I know that I should expect to have to wait a while to sell my car, but NO responses at all within 3 weeks? Outrageous.

Having the last year of the body style probably hurts you since people can get the next gen for not much more. I have an 05' Jeep Grand Cherokee with a Hemi and its KBB is only $6K

My car is worth ~12,700 according to KBB, but I'm not going to ask that because that's what I want to take, so I want to be haggled down to that price if I must, not start at that price and then have to go below it.

I'd take the performance parts off and sell them on ebay. I think these scare away regular buyers. Also if your car is $12,700 kbb you should probably only list it $500 to $1,000 over.

Meh I would do that but unless the buyer specifically wants them off I'm too lazy to do it. And I mean I'm listing it for what, 1200 over KBB? That's nothing. Taking off 200 bucks to make it 13,700 is just kinda pointless

I feel like the IS is a tricky market. Drift bros want the cheap ones because that's all they can afford and they just want dat 2JZ bro, and any sort of reasonable buyer will typically skip right over it, seeing it as a cheaper Japanese alternative to something like a C-class or A4. It's going to be tough, but all you need is a proper enthusiast who knows the full story and background of the car, and just how special and unique the design process was.

Do a search on Autotrader for similar IS300's within 500 miles, with similar mileage. Autotrader will tell you at the bottom of the search results what the average price is of all the listings. That is where you want to be pricewise if you want phone calls. KBB isn't very accurate.
