OH MY GOD IDIOTS ON THE ROADS EVERYWHERE

So I'm sent to the grocery store to get a case of soda. Both on the way there and back I encountered MORE idiot drivers.

First going there, we're at a busy intersection with short lights, ours turns green and the person in a Equinox in front just.... sits there. Me and the person in front of me had to lean on our horns before the dumbass looked up from their phone and goes. JUST IN TIME FOR THE LIGHT TO TURN YELLOW.

So that happens, then this guy in a Cadillac Catera decides at the last second he just HAS to get over, sliding his car in between me and the guy in front of me with what had to be INCHES to spare on each side.

Then on the way back a guy in a Fusion remembers OH SHIT I GOTTA GET ON THE HIGHWAY. So he slams on the brakes and gets over, almost causing me to rear end him.

So by this point I'm fuming so I hop in the other lane to be the person in the front at the light so I don't have to deal with idiots. Light turns green and I take off, turn on my blinker to get back over, and this guy in a Chevy Cavalier speeds up so by the time I get over, he's on my ass.

So I'm just like WHATEVERLOL at this point and start chugging along at 45, and then this person in a Honda Civic pulls out of a gas station, riding in two lanes, so I have to get in the turn lane (same turn lane Camry bitch cut me off at) to avoid hitting her. I lean on the horn for I'm not kidding, about a mile at her. And guess what, SHE WAS ON HER PHONE!

I AM SO DONE WITH OTHER DRIVERS TODAY.

AND I STILL HAVE TO GO OUT AND GET MY BROTHER.

*SCREAMS INTERNALLY*

Have a Police Car because I wish I could've pulled all these idiots over for driving like an idiot.

I was in my dad's HUGE BLUE LIFTED PICKUP TRUCK. You'd think people could see a huge blue lifted pickup truck, but NOPE.

And it's not just phones

I see people who have both hands on the wheel and are looking straight ahead run red lights. I'll stop for the light and look to my right and see someone knowingly run it "just because". It's happening more and more.

I guess their time is very precious but not their life or anybody else's life. So it's worth running red lights to save time even though they might wreck.

Reminds of me of the other day some Dodge Journey was like "im fucking exiting" cut me off like a motherfucker had to slow down to 35 mph on the freeway just to avoid rear ending the fool cause he was coming from a few lanes over.

Just tonight, I had my turn signal on to get over. I saw the lady in the SUV about 500 feet back, but moving fast. So I get over. She proceeds to not slow down until she is 5 feet from my bumper, and then only slow enough to change lanes at the last second. No phone, both hands on the wheel, staring straight ahead.
