This is a Nissan e-NV 200, basically an NV 200 with the drivetrain from a Leaf. Makes perfect sense to me as most delivery routes aren't that long. It's just the styling that reminded me of someone...

I believe that if you live in the city and the vehicle you drive will solely be driven in the city, then I'd have no problem with it. Especially in densely populated cities like Hong Kong, electric taxis, buses and delivery vans would literally be a breath of fresh air. I can't begin to comprehend the improvements in pollution if a large majority of vehicles were converted to electric power.

These would be perfect for dense city delivery routes. Half of the gas currently spent is likely just idling and sitting in traffic. Plus, the instant torque is what you need when you have that split second gap in traffic. For places where it's a short route through lots of traffic and stops, this would be perfect. The smallish size is even better for parking and whatnot.

Exactly. And while we are at it, why not use Leafs (Leaves?) as Taxis.
