Getting ready to leave for the airport. My sister says we have a Chevy Malibu for a rental; I literally have no opinion about it, good or bad. Yet. It's a car!

Depending on the company, they usually give you choices - I'm sure it said "Full Size Sedan - Chevrolet Malibu or Similar".

I'd try to get a Galant.

Its a really nice car imo. I drive many rentals on a regular basis. People on this site hate it because GM. But I really like it. I got lucky once a scored a turbo Malibu. That particular model is very good, but they're kinda rare. Ive also spent much time behind the wheel of Fusions and Mazda6. The 2.0 Ecoboost is a really nice car as well. Mazda6 is also nice, but I did notice its a little noisy, but it could be just the shitty oem tires.

Malibu is a good rental. Fusion, Altima, Optima, etc are in the Samuel category. My advice from renting over 100 days per year is get whatever has the lowest miles without a CVT.

Da U.P., eh? Via Wisconsin. We drove up from Milwaukee in the rental and got to the cabin last night around 9. It's a bit colder than I expected it would be but still as awesome as ever.
