If cost were no object, and you were able to corner them into a situation that leaves themselves vulnerable enough.
How would you do it. How would you get away with it, homemade vehicle incapacitation devices, explosives, traps, jammers, EMP devices, guns? What vehicle would you use to sneak past their guards before they realized they let you past them?

If I had to run, I'd like a motorcycle. Most PDs have a no chase policy so it's a mute point, but not even a Dodge Charger Hellcat Pursuit can split lanes. Why am I running again?

Because they want to stop you for speeding, you'd rather not stop.
Just kidding, it'd probably be for something more serious. If there ever was a martial law situation, I think retreating to group up is better than trying to fight the cops yourself.

Time it all down perfect and take a street thats going to close for a long train that's coming quickly. Weave through the barriers on a dirt bike(with your bag that has a dollar sign on it) and when cops stop for the train you quickly get into a taxi looking car you bought for the heist in advance. Wait for a month or so and go on a Hot Wheels buying spree all over town.

Me and my crew would tear off on Hayabusas, then when we lose sight of the cops, we rendevous with a decomissioned u-haul truck and ride the bikes into the back. Result: cops looking for busas, and we cleanly get away in an ex u-haul.

A conveniently located alleyway with a hidden garage. Get just enough gap, then disappear into the night. Also, a tunnel out of the building which will be destroyed after use.

Well, if cost were no object, I'd just let them arrest me. Then make bail, hire a team of really expensive lawyers, and maybe make a few generous contributions to some well-placed politicians.
Seems a lot more foolproof than trying to run.

I would use an insanely fast car that had the same wheelbase as a Toyota Camry I could re-body it as a Camry and use it to run from the cops initially, then after I lose them and get away to my hideout and put the original body back on (and stuff whatever I stole, if I stole anything, behind the interior panels). I would then proceed to cross the Canadian border and spend the rest of my life hiding in Quebec.

In a city with water, a rebreather with extended range tanks with a tow scooter. Do the deed in the evening and escape under cover of night, no bubbles. What are they going to do, call the US Navy? Or if you say money no object, mini sub waiting with an airlock, jump in the water off a pier and you're gone.

In the city or in the countryside?
City would be a bicycle, at night. A bicycle at night with no lights is nigh invisible and doesn't make a sound. In small streets, a cop can't hope to keep up. You've only got a limited timeframe to get away before the helicopters show up though. Perhaps a mylar forest fire rescue thing could save you from the prying eyes of IR. In any case, if you are certain they haven't followed you, just ditch your jacket, turn on your bike lights and slowly pedal on a main road. You've successfully transformed in 'just another cyclist'. Cops can't tell bicycles apart.
In the countryside a motorcycle, and hope you can blast away.
