The Recaros on the AS 900ER I took to LAX were a little different, they had chrome latches.

Typical American vehicle; way too much chrome.

You can't blind people with black plastics though.

Earlier this year I flew to Maui on an Alaskan plane fitted with Recaro seats and was pleasantly surprised at the comfort level in cattle-car class. My flight back did not have those nice seats and after the third hour I was in pain.

It's nice having wifi too. I can read Oppo while flying at 600 ft traveling 30,00o mph.

No wifi over the ocean, but those seats were definitely nice. The complimentary mai tai on the approach to Maui is also appreciated.
