Silver Shadows, especially Shadow IIs are as cheap as chips, but this is a late model Silver Cloud, where the most expensive standard models peak at around US$88,000. This one's different though, it's probably gotten a LWB conversion, along with updated interior amenities and glass partition. Also, headlight brushes. Not wipers, brushes. It's probably originally for government use and one of the first batch of cars in Hong Kong.
