I should say her new car too ha ha. Oops. We back our (her) Pilot into the garage and it's a tight squeeze. I backed in at a pretty severe angle, thought to myself I should straighten out a bit, pulled forward, straightened the wheel, put it in reverse, let off the brake and then, CRACK! The driver's side mirror clipped the side of the house when the front end swung around. Oh well, a replacement is on order from Amazon already. Have a lambo for my carelessness.

So, if you break your wife's mirror... does that mean seven years of not getting laid?

Hah, I was looking for the broken mirror in the picture, scrolling down thinking "this is not quite a Pilot"... It's not.

Well with a six and a three year old I probably have 4 years left on my sentence then

The mirrors do not fold both ways?

That's crazy! My 2001 Acura has mirrors that fold both ways. A brand new Honda Pilot should as well. Insane. Talk about a stupid thing to cheap out on.

Actually I just went out to the garage for something unrelated and they do fold out also. What cracked them was the lateral movement of the front end toward the house lol. Also our other car an 05 Scion TC has mirrors that do not move at all.

Oh okay, that makes much more sense. Stationary mirrors are a really cheap cost savings measure that's typically found on smaller cars which shouldn't need mirrors folded in for things like car washes.
