In my opinion it was very lack luster and prone to failure. Not at all organic in presentation and not engaging in my opinion. I think they missed the mark. It sort of has the feel of the car show that Adam Corolla had that flopped.

They did a fluff piece on the venom being fast and a piece on king of the hammers. I lost interest part way through.

Except they sat on that piece for a really long time. I watched most of the coverage of KotH when it happened back in February. It just didn't seem all that well put together for network TV.

Wow. I did not realize feb was that long ago. it's already friggin AUGUST.
I'm not too surprised a YT-NT jump went so rough. Shame. We'll always have Pari-er, Top Gear

I liked it. Thought they did a good job editing the films in to the time slot.
That said I hope this can grow to be a an hour-long show (with new content of course!)
