It's a rotary engined sports car from the mid eighties...about 160 HP...**couhh cough**

Details are..i traded for it two weeks ago it is pretty damn clean and 100% stock except a downpipe. (traded a Gen 1 MacBook Pro and a Motorized Bicycle). It was spewing coolant and generally unhappy about idling and shwoed up on a trailer. They said blown coolant seal...

so far a little TLC into it and I have the coolant part solved, can roll my window down and have given it a few road miles to see whats next. Idle is either the BAC valve, wiring, or ECU. probably the valve.

not sure where to go from there but wife says Honda VFR must go if RX7 is going to live with us for long. If so, then VFR money will provide a little cushion and i can get this car up to 100%.

So, do you know anyone who wants a bargain on a VFR?

Aw. I was hoping for a 5.0 or turbo swap somewhere in there, along with some tasteful drift mods. But it is still young!

That part about selling the VFR...it's likely down the road if this motor ever goes out. Seems to me it was replaced by mazda sometime with another factory unit.

I'd love to do any of the following in order of likelyhood

1. keep it stock...just because NOONE EVER DOES THIS!!!!

2. bump it to a single Turbo driveline from the T2 or FD cars

3. Rx8 renesis

4. Ls-somehthing

5. Saab b234R or 1Jz mated

The 302 or LS would probably be the easiest swap for the power and cost (302 is dead simple, but less powerful, transmission bolts right up though).
