Driver's license points, that is. In this year alone, I was ticketed twice for speeding, both for doing 68 kph in a 60 kph street where the tolerance limit is 67 kph, once for illegible plates by a traffic camera strategically placed behind a tree and a cone, and once for an illegal left I didn't make, but the officer that stopped me couldn't make anything esle stick. That's 3+3+4+7, which adds up to 17 in a limit of 21. So, basically, I'm close to losing my license because I drove 1 kph over the limit twice, didn't have plates that could be read through a cone and a tree and argued with an officer who insisted my car was not in regular state and would have to be towed when I had just passed inspections a week prior.
Clearly I'm a menace to society.

Ace... Did you, or did you not 'furou o rodízio'???
If yes, don't remember that this is more important than making the public transportation works!

If your plates were illegible how did they catch up with you with a camera?
By definition this crime should be impossible to detect.

Not at all, there's no Rodízio in Porto Alegre! They mailed me the picture with the fine, and there was my car, with a portion of the plate obscured by a traffic cone. Of course it was illegible, there was a freaking cone in front of it!

Exactly! I wasn't stopped by a cop and told that my plates were illegible, then fined, I was never notified of anything until one day the ticket arrived in the mail, and there was a cone and a tree obscuring half my plate. I mailed them the pictures from the speeding tickets they'd taken themselves weeks before, and they still didn't accept it as a valid defense. There's no arguing with these people.

Yeah, I must have a problem to drive 1 kph over the limit in a three lane (Actually four, but you can only fit three cars) avenue not only once, but twice.

Forgot that you're in PA!
I once received a ticket because I skipped rodizio, but the day they said I drove when I couldn't, I was in Rio working! ( My flight arrived in SP at 23PM!!!)
