Anyone seen this car? My dad built it before I was born and sold it sometime in the early 90s (I'm guessing 1991 or 92). I think it use to be a Malibu with the I6 (I have the original 6 cyl). He shaved the door handles and painted the car blue. He lived near Champaign, IL at the time. It's a long shot but I'm curious.

man that paint job is straight out of the late 80's. I wish you luck on your quest. I'm trying to do the same thing with my grandpas old show truck.
