been working on my e34 a lot lately. on the driver window, the metal track had come off the bottom of the window glass. i used that 5 minute epoxy stuff you can buy anywhere in those double syringe and glued the window back on the track. I glued it the track in the wrong place, so not the window only can go down half way before getting stuck because the track doesn't offer the full range of motion.

impossible to explain but long story short: the epoxy has cured for about an hour now, how do i separate an aluminum bracket from a glass window with kinda freshly epoxied holding them tightly together?!?!?!??! ah halp before it's too late.

e34 m5 convertible for your time.

Gasoline?

Fairly harsh solvents?

Acetone?

I want to halp but that's all that's coming to mind!

And I would use plastic tools or plastic anything to pry it apart to keep from destroying the glass.
