Well actually my mom needs your help...
You see, my mom is entering a gardening contest and part of the judging is by the public. If you guys would rate her garden (poll at the bottom), I'd love you forever for it.
First, I should mention my mom loves gardening as much as some of us like cars. She reads magazines, window shops gardening websites, spends all her money on plants, and spends all her time in the garden. She is literally nuts about it. I don't get it but hot damn if she isn't good at it.
She built the rocky, functional stream
in total we have over 40 edible plants (the contest is for "edible landscapes"), I couldn't name even a few but she has them all committed to memory and we eat meals prepared with something from the garden everyday.
the garden even extends to both sides of the house. Y'all never seen such a green thumb.

I voted above average and not exceptional because she did not use pavers around the flower beds and landscaping. Other than that, Its really good

For me exceptional would be WOW! Never thought of using "ABC" in that way. This is a very nice garden, way waaaaaaaaay better than what me and my wife do, but it's not a show stopper.

They are bricks that go along the border if flower beds, usually a different color than the other bricks around them

Well keep in mind that summer is short in Canada, and my mom grows everything from seeds (except the trees), and the fact the garden is only 3 years old which apparently is a "young" garden. But you're right, there's room for improvements which is why my mom spends like 5 hours a day in the garden lol
