"Reckless Driving Threshold: 1 mph above limit"
" Note: The act of "embracing another while driving" is considered reckless driving."
Oh, fuck you too Washington state, you filthy piece of shit! This is why I dislike my state sometimes.
Also, after being in Serbia for a month I learned something: If your car has the ability to outpace a cop car, you're good*
*I have not tried this, but my cousin told me this while piloting his modified Renaultsport Meganne RS through the tight streets of the suburb where he lives at insanely high speeds.

Interesting. In NY, the maximum fine for speeding is twice that as the maximum fine for reckless driving (though you do get your license suspended for the maximum reckless driving charge).
That seems strange to me. Especially since the maximum 30 days of Jail is the same for both.

considering speedometers are not completely accurate, and most radar guns are not either, that is complete bullshit.

This should count for the idiots diving around with a dog on their lap. They should be thrown in jail. Welcome to Washington, asshats.

what are the highlights of their speeding laws - any examples?

speeding you get fined = money to the state - while you keep you car in case you decide to speed again and make the state more cash. Reckless driving youre now legit dangerous on the road and don't deserve to drive..just my 2c
