I did the city scape a couple months ago and don't remember for that part. Did the tower over the last 3 days ... About 2 hours a day. I've done a lot of these guys and this was definitely the longest and most delicate.

Nanoblocks!
There's also Chinese knockoff ones called 'pixel shapes' or something like that. I haven't heard good things about them though.
