or even when you are driving along and someone makes a mad rush to jump in front of you... not exactly cutting you off, but then they suddenly slow down like "Oh, I got where I needed to be, and thank god I didn't change lanes behind you because now I get to screw up your flow." and then you have to pass them because they are really just too damned slow.

OK. It get it. To me the more egregious offenders are those who (while I am using cruise control) are going way too slow for the road, but accelerate when they see that I am passing them in a left-hand lane, but their marble-sized balls can't allow someone to "win" the "highway race".

So instead of passing them at the speed limit, I have to accelerate to 10-15 above just to keep the flow of traffic going smoothly.
