I was on my way home, waiting in the left turn lane to turn onto the toll road to go home. A lady coming off the toll road was turning left onto the road that I was on. She didn't see me. She turned sloppy, saw me at the last possible second and came within INCHES of running into me head on.

I always stop a few feet back from the line at left turn lanes, as I've almost been clipped numerous times.
Even then, people STILL cut it close from time to time.

This shit happens all the time to me.. except its a left turn lane into a shopping center where I work. Not only do people do what you describe there are also morons in the oncoming lane who drive around others who are slowing to turn and drive straight into my turn lane. One of those morons was on her phone in a brand new Acura SUV.. really? They fucking set up your bluetooth for you when you buy those pieces of shit. I regret not turning around and giving that bitch a piece of my mind

Not as bad but question - why do so many people veer out of their lane when making left turns at traffic lights?
It's getting so bad that any time I pull into a left hand turn lane at a red light I don't pull up all the way if I'm the first car. The people turning left onto the other side of the street that I'm on are always cutting into my lane. And sometimes they're going super fast too
