We use them up here in the woods as post office trucks cause they are unstoppable, so there are thousands of RHD Cherokees, Wranglers, and stuff floating around up here.

Kidding haha, yeah I know about these RHD mail trucks but I've never seen one in real life.
Closest thing I saw (which isn't close at all) is our garbage trucks which have steering wheels on both sides.

We have those trash trucks too, But back to the mail trucks, I see them every day lol
Its really weird to drive, I've driven Civics and stuff that were RHD, but those weren't awkward, I think its being high up is the issue.

I was atleast able to drive whatever side I pleased...I'm usre after a few minutes on the road I'd have it handled, its just offputting for the first bit
