I had those on my BMW for nearly three years. Eventually they got too loud on the highway but still had over half tread. I grabbed them off a guy who had them on an Odyssey for 3 years when he got them swapped out at my shop

somebody drew those treads on with a pencil so the fuzz doesn't think they are slicks

It looks like the belts inside the tire have shifted or something. either way sooo not safe.

Looks like they're cupping. The tire picks up a vibration that harmonizes with your suspension, and you get uneven tread wear. Check that your shocks aren't seeping and that your wheel bearings are good. Side note: this happens on almost every 2000's ford focus and every 2000's mini cooper I see in the tire shop I work at.

Considering the clank the thing makes in the front end there are probably lots of things worn out in the front. And it is a 2005 Focus.

I guarantee its more the focus doing it than the clank. I have no idea whats wrong with them, but they just do this. haha

This is the first set of tires to do this on the car though. Very odd. But then again the poor little car has been horribly abused my my mother who insists she knows what she's doing when she pulls off a light spinning the engine to 3 grand on the clutch. I cant ride in a stick shift with her any more.

you should hear the noise the clutch makes. Its painful.
